During the session, we may discuss tummy time support, milestone check-ins, head shape guidance, infant massage instruction, and ways to encourage development through purposeful play. You’ll receive general education on age-appropriate activities that support strength, balance, coordination, and gross motor development, along with strategies to optimize your child’s environment for learning new skills at home.

Please note: while these sessions are led by a licensed pediatric physical therapist, virtual milestone sessions are wellness- and education-based and are not physical therapy services. They do not include evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment. Due to state licensing regulations, unless you are a Colorado resident, Dr. Nicole cannot provide physical therapy care. These sessions are not considered medical treatment and should not replace care or advice from your child’s healthcare providers.
